
1 2 1 training sessions in the Studio at Longstanton Wellness
As well as home visits I now also offer my 1 2 1 training at a quiet and private studio space in Longstanton, combining all the benefits of the gym with a calm and comfortable environment without any distractions. With a broad selection of equipment able to cater to any training goal, this is the ideal place to focus on your fitness journey.

What to expect from your first session
We'll begin by talking through your fitness goals and your experience with exercise to inform my training approach so that it's right for you. We'll then go through a warm-up, proceed to a main element of exercises and functional mobility drills, and finish with a progression of cool-down stretches. Throughout the session I will assess your movement dynamics to allow me to modify exercises appropriately for you, and identify any key areas to focus on.
